PDF Tutorial and Sewing Pattern

(This is an PDF file, not an actual scarf)

Make a cozy and comfy scarf in a few simple steps! This tutorial includes instructions to make a slouchy scarf in 3 adjustable sizes - Small, Medium and Large. By setting 3 columns of snaps at the back, each size will have 3 width options.

Designed for cold winter weather conditions, this scarf can cover your neck, mouth and nose at the same time. In addition, the scarf is perfect for winter sports because it doesn’t have excess fabric at the back. It is suitable to wear with ski or bike helmets and hooded jackets and parkas.

  • 3 Sizes: Small, Medium and Large, each with 3 adjustable columns of snaps.
  • It can be made from light and medium weight fabrics, woven and knits.
  • Simple and quick construction
  • Designed as an alternative to bulky accessories around the neck for adults and children. The Slouchy Scarf can be worn with jackets, hoodies or toques (or your ski helmet!).
  • Covers nose, mouth, neck and chest. This is the best accessory for cooler weather and helps protect against wind and snow. Great for outdoor activities like hiking!
  • Colour-block instructions and pattern pieces.
  • Can be made entirely with a sewing machine.
  • This is a layered pattern, you need Acrobat Reader to choose the size and print it correctly.
  • Projector file and A0 is included.
Size Small : Toddler, child and young child
Size Medium: Teens and adults
Size large: Adults with larger head / face circumference and stately nose)
