Due to the nature of the products (digital items), refund or/and exchanges can only be offered if you have purchased twice a listing by mistake.
All the patterns have been extensively tested and printed successfully.
Please feel free to contact me anytime, but a friendly reminder I am a stay home mom, and during the evenings and weekends can take me longer to get into my email.
