Adult Slip-On Menta Booties.

This Sewing Pattern is made with layers.

Skill level : beginners, tutorial includes step-by-step photo instructions.

• 7 sizes, from 8.5" to 11.5"" finished sole length.
• Each size include a wide and a narrow fit
• Opening can be made with ribbing cuffs or FOE (Fold-over elastic)
• Toe reinforcements and cute applique templates included
  
• Can be made 100% with hidden or exposed seams 
• Medium to heavy weight knits

Sizes included:

• 8.5” finished sole
• 9” finished sole
• 9.5” finished sole
• 10” finished sole
• 10.5” finished sole
• 11” finished sole
• 11.5 finished sole

Final sole length will vary with materials, pattern is designed to be made with medium to heavy weight fabrics.

You will need:

• For optimal results 4-way stretch fabric is recommended. 2-way stretch might work fine but needs to be cut with the stretch going vertical. Pattern pieces includes this information.
• Main fabric.
• Lining fabric
• Sole fabric
• Inner sole fabric
• Ribbing is recommended for the cuffs with 70-100% stretch, jersey can be used too but for optimal results use ribbing.
• A walking foot is recommended, but not essential
• Size 90/14 or 100/16 universal or ball point needles depending on your materials (100/16 size is highly recommended to avoid skipped stitches or broken needle when constructing the sole)
• Basic sewing tools and notions including: scissors or rotary cutter, pins or clips, marking tools, thread, ruler and measuring tape, iron, pinking shears
• Adhesive spray is not required, but it certainly comes in handy, especially for the appliqués and sole attachment
